Still Shores Collective was created as more than a yoga studio, it’s a space for healing, connection, and renewal. Here, movement meets medicine: from energizing flows that build strength, to restorative and somatic practices that soothe the nervous system and return you to balance.

My intention is simple: to offer a community where you feel held, where health is nurtured in body and spirit, and where movement becomes a pathway back to yourself. Whether you come for the sweat, the stillness, or the soul-level connection, your mat will always be waiting for you.
